Welcome to our terms of business that apply to each and every sale at Enchanted Gardens. If you have any questions about our policies please don't hesitate to contact us BEFORE placing an order.

Items (unless otherwise noted) are NOT designed as toys. Miniatures pose choking hazards and are not suitable for small children.

Concrete items can be heavy, please use caution when transporting or hanging.

No two items are exactly alike and items may vary slightly from photographs. Due to the nature of handcrafted items, dimensions may fluctuate slightly from posted measurements. Flowers, natural wood and moss can never be exactly duplicated and may vary from item to item.

We ship your order as soon as possible. Please allow 2 - 4 days to complete handcrafted items before shipping. Please review individual product descriptions for additional processing times. No shipping on Saturdays, Sundays and any observed postal/UPS/Fed Ex holidays.

You must provide correct contact information. If there is an update to your order we will contact you via email. Please check your email for correspondence and shipment notifications.
