Any and all forms of payment are processed using 128 bit encrypted secure socket layer technology.  We are committed to providing you with a safe and secure online shopping experience.

Paypal Payment Method

We are proud members of PayPal and gladly accept all forms of PayPal.  We are verified business PayPal members since 2002.

How to pay for your order via PayPal?

Simply proceed through checkout in your shopping cart.  When prompted to select your payment method select PayPal as your option.  Simply follow the steps in the shopping cart to complete your payment.  There is no need to leave our shopping cart to checkout with PayPal.  You can also view our paypal step by step guide if you have any questions.

Why choose PayPal?

PayPal allows customers to pay with all major credit cards or a debit from your checking account without the merchant every seeing your payment inormation.  PayPal is the most common form of payment via eBay and similar sites.  You do not even have to be a PayPal member to pay with a credit card via PayPal.

A note about PayPal E-checks:

Your order will NOT ship until the e-check clears the bank which can take several days.  Login to your PayPal account to view the status of your pending e-checks and the expected clear date.

What happens if you do not complete your PayPal payment?

If for some reason you are unable to complete your PayPal payment, please contact us for assistance.  We will hold your order for 24 hours and then you will have to re-order your items.  Many of our items have limited stock and cannot be guaranteed past 24 hours of non-payment unless we hear from you.  To prevent this, kindly send us an email or give us a call, we're happy to assist and work with you!

PayPal Invoices:

We would be happy to send you a custom PayPal invoice for any of your orders, just drop us a line.  PayPal payments are directed to Enchanted Gardens - webmaster@miniature-gardens.com

Credit Cards

We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit cards.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept ATM only cards that DO NOT contain a credit card logo.  Please do not attempt to order with this type of card.

All information is collected during checkout using secure socket layer encrypted technology.

Credit Cards over the Phone:

If for some reason you are uncomfortable using a credit card online, feel free to give us a call at 1 888 - 642 - 5122.  We're often up to our elbows in cement so leave a message and we will promptly return your calls.  We are located in CA, PST.

What is the CVV2 or security code?

For help on finding this code click the link next to this item in your shopping cart.  We ask for this code to enchance your security only.

Why do I receive errors when I enter my credit card?

We employ AVS, address verification, to enhance security.  If your billing information, address, or name does not match your records you may encounter errors.  To prevent this, please enter your billing address (where your credit card statement is mailed) and the full name displayed on your credit card.

Credit Card Email Invoices:

Occasionally customers accidentally mistype credit card information.  If this occurrs, we will contact you to correct this information.  We will send you a secure email invoice to easily re-enter your credit card or enter another card.  If we can't reach you by email, we will promptly give you a call.

Other Payment Methods

Please contact us if you would like to pay by mailing your personal check or a USPS money order and we can accommodate your request.  Available only to US customers.

We are UNABLE to accept cashier's check's, other forms of money orders, cash, COD or wire transfers.
