How to Order Online at Enchanted Gardens

Every website is a little bit different and it can be overwhelming to order products online.  This page is dedicated to walking you through the ordering process.  Feel free to contact us for assistance!

You can also jump to troubleshooting, coupons and gift certificates, PayPal checkout, gift giving, and changing size, colors, and quantities.

Let's go shopping!  Visit any of our product pages and look for the "buy now" buttons or text.  This is typically located at the top of the page generally located immediately to the left or below the main photograph.

CLICK either the buy now text or buy now button.

This will add your item to your shopping cart.  Now let's continue to the next shopping step below.

The picture above illustrates what your items will look like in your shopping cart after you click buy now.  Ready to checkout?  Click the checkout button on the right side of the screen.  The yellow arrow on the right illustrates this button.  Would you like to return to your product and keep shopping?  Click the continue shopping button on the right illustrated by the yellow arrow on the left.   You can also view and select your calculated shipping costs on this page.

If you continue shopping, you can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking the view cart text located at the very top or bottom left hand side of each and every page.

After you click the checkout button you will be directed to this page to enter your personal information.

Please enter your billing address.  This is the address where you receive your credit card statement in the mail.

Please make sure to include accurate contact and addressing information.  Errors can lead to delays in processing.

Scroll towards the bottom of this page.  Highlighted by the yellow arrow you will see an option that allows you to check whether the address you just entered is also the address you wish your order to be shipped to.  If they are the same, check this box to save you from having to type your information again.
