How do I view shipping costs?

Simply click a buy now button or text link to add an item to your cart.  You will then be able to view your shipping costs.

How do I order internationally?

We regret that certain restricted items cannot always be shipped overseas.  Your shopping cart will notify you if an item is restricted to your location.  We regret that we cannot ship to certain high fraud risk countries.

Customers are responsible for any related customs fees.

How do you ship?

We allow you to choose UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.  We always recommend UPS Ground for outstanding reliability and up to the minute tracking.  Especially recommended for fragile items.  International items ship USPS Priority International Mail.

Shipping Costs are not Inlated:

Our items are handcrafted from concrete for the utmost durability outdoors in your garden.  Concrete is naturally heavy which can translate into higher shipping costs.  We do not inflate our shipping charges.

Do you provide a tracking number?

You will be emailed a tracking number when your items ships UPS.  You can also view this number at any time by clicking the order tracking located at the top of each page.  Go to http://www.ups.com and click tracking to enter your tracking number.

You will also receive an email with a delivery confirmation number if your items ship via Priority Mail.  Go to http://www.usps.com and click track and confirm to enter your delivery confirmation number.

How long will shipping take?

Delivery time depends upon your location.  All items ship from California.

UPS generally takes 4 - 7 business days.  California customers generally receive their merchandise overnight, discounting weekends.

USPS Priority Mail generally takes 3 - 5 days.

Shipping Monday - Friday.

All packages are insured and packed with heavy duty corrugated boxes, industrial strength bubble wrap and foam packing peanuts.  Whenever possile we select materials with high recylcled content.

Return Policy:

While we don't expect a need for you to return your product, please take a moment to review our return policy before you order.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE INITIATED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.

Please email us, or contact us as soon as possible.  We want you to be completely satified with your order and we're happy to work with you towards a resolution.

In case of damaged goods:

In the rare instance of damage goods, please save your items and all packaging materials.  Please contact us immediately and we will send a replacement or issue a refund via your payment method.

UPS:  Save all packing material.  If UPS choses to inspect your item they will arrange a pickup with you where you will hand your items in their packaging to a driver.

USPS:  If your item shipped via the post office we will provide you with further instructions.

Other Returns:

If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may return it in original condition for a refund of your purchase LESS return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on returned goods.

Custom orders are norefundable unless goods are damaged in transit.
