Enchanted Gardens Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. By ordering you agree to our return policy and terms of business.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE INITIATED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.

Please email us, or contact us as soon as possible. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and we're happy to work with you towards a resolution.

In case of damaged goods:

In the rare instance of damage goods, please save your items and all packaging materials.  Please contact us immediately and we will send a replacement or issue a refund via your payment method.

Fed Ex - In case of damaged item during transit please contact us and be sure to save your item and packaging for at least 5 business days. Fed - Ex will contact you to arrange an inspection/return at whatever time is convenient for you. If after a week you have not heard from Fed Ex feel free to discard the damaged item.

USPS:  If your item shipped via the post office we will provide you with further instructions.

Other Returns:

If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may return it in original condition for a refund. Returns are NOT eligible for return or original shipping charges.

We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on returned goods.

Refund will be posted to your original payment method. Credit card returns may take 2 - 5 business days to post to your account depending on your individual bank's policies.

Custom orders are non refundable.
