HOLIDAY DEADLINES - US Customers

Thursday, December 15th - Is the last day to order for Christmas delivery via any standard shipping methods including Fed Ex Ground and USPS Priority Mail.

Psst: Ordering Thursday evening - early Friday morning? We can still sneak your packages in if you get your orders to us before 10:00 am PST time on Friday 12/16.

Tuesday, December 21st - Is the last day to order for Christmas delivery via Fed Ex Express Saver.

Wednesday, December 22nd - Is the last day to order for Christmas delivery via Fed Ex Express 2 Day.

Thursday, December 23rd - Is the last day to order for Christmas delivery via Fed Ex Overnight.

IMPORTANT NOTE - USPS Priority Mail does NOT offer up to date tracking. During the busy holiday season your packages are at the mercy of USPS and may only be scanned at departure and delivery. It may appear as if your package is stuck or lost in transit when your shipment is actually progressing as scheduled. We have no control over the post office!!!! If you need tracking abilities, you must select a Fed Ex option.

Ordering after the deadlines:

USPS Priority Mail - We will continue to ship your orders as quickly as possible. It is POSSIBLE that Priority Mail packages shipped up to the 20th of December MAY arrive in time for the holidays. We cannot guarantee holiday delivery but we will post your items as quickly as possible.

CA, OR, and west coast residents:

We are located on the central coast of CA, and California and delivery within CA and the border states are generally delivered in 2- 3 days. We may be able to extend holiday deadlines based on your location. Please feel free to contact us with your inquiries prior to ordering.

A note about Christmas delivery- Holiday delivery only means that your package will be delivered on Christmas Eve, December 24th. Packages are often delivered late into the evening. If you need your packages before this date, please order accordingly.

SEVERE WEATHER / Security delays - Christmas is the time for wild weather. The last two holiday seasons have been host to massive ice storms that caused slight delays. Please be aware (especially if you live in areas prone to severe ice storms) that winter weather or airport security delays are always a rare possibility. It's always best to order as early as possible in order to avoid frustration.

International Orders

1st Class Mail - This method does NOT guarantee Christmas time delivery. According to the USPS holiday deadlines, orders shipped by Dec 1st SHOULD be delivered on time, but we cannot provide guaranteed Christmas delivery via this shipping method.

USPS Priority

CANADA - Order by December 8th.

WORLDWIDE - Order by December 5th.

USPS Express Mail

CANADA - Order by December 14th.

WORLDWIDE - Order by December December 10th.

CUSTOMS - While we will ship out your orders as quickly as possible we have NO control over how long customs may hold or delay your shipment. Please be aware that delays are possible. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs/duties/taxes.
