Q: How do I view my shipping costs?

A: To view your shipping costs add items to your cart and then click checkout. Then enter your city, state and zip code (city, country and postal code for customers outside the US) and give the system a quick moment to configure your shipping costs which will be displayed in a drop down box below. You will be able to choose from various USPS and Fed Ex options.

Q: How long does it take an order to ship?

A: Orders typically ship within 48 hours of your purchase. Please allow 2 - 4 days processing time to complete ANY handcrafted items in your order. Please contact us in advance if you need your items by a specific date, we'll be happy to work with you to meet your deadline or discuss other options. Orders ship from California.

Q: What methods do you ship?

A: We ship via Fed Ex and USPS. If you select USPS (postal) methods please note that you will not receive a tracking number. We will provide you with a trackable delivery confirmation but the post office does not provide up to the minute tracking. Please select a Fed Ex option if you require tracking information.

* Fed Ex Home Delivery / Ground - 1 - 6 business days (see map below).

* Fed Ex Express Saver - Delivery 3 business days by 4:30 pm.

* Fed Ex 2Day - Delivery in 2 business days by 4:30 pm

* Fe Ex Standard Overnight - Delivery next business day by 3:00 pm

* Fed Ex Priority Overnight - Delivery by 10:30 am next business day.

* Fed Ex First Overnight - Delivery by 8:00 - 8:30 am next business day.

** Exact times may not be available to all destinations. Please contact us in advance if your residence has special delivery requirements.

For 2Day and Overnight options, Saturday delivery may be available with additional fees, contact us for assistance.

United States Postal Service Times:

* USPS Priority Mail - 3 - 8 business days.

* USPS Express Mail - 2 - 3 business days.

Postal delivery times vary widely and we cannot guarantee transit times. Please select a Fed Ex option if you need your packages by an exact date.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

You are responsible for any applicable duties/taxes/customs fees. We will NOT mark packages as a gift or undervalue the contents, please do not ask us to do so. This is breaking a federal law!

We have no control over how long your country holds a package in customs and cannot guarantee international delivery dates. We will promptly mail your package, but after it leaves our hands we have no control over how long it will take in transit/customs.

* USPS 1st class mail - The most economical overseas shipping method for small packages, but a very slow method. While the majority of packages arrive in 1 - 3 weeks it can take up to 5 weeks for your package to be delivered.

* USPS Priority International - 10 - 15 days on average

* USPS Express Mail - 5 - 10 business days on average.

A note about weather shipping and delays:

There is always the possibility of unforeseen emergency delays. Even if your area is not impacted, weather related delays can delay your package nationwide and worldwide. Luckily these occurrences are rare but they do happen. Over the last few years we have encountered delays from severe ice storms, tornadoes, hurricanes, airport security issues, earthquakes and even volcanoes. In the event of these occurrences we will work closely with you to help resolve any issues.

If you live in an area prone to severe weather (tornadoes, hurricanes, ice storms, etc.) we recommend you allot additional time to meet your delivery deadlines.

A note about packaging:

Many of our miniatures are very small and may be separately wrapped in bubble wrap. Please be sure to carefully remove ALL of your items before discarding boxes and packing materials. Items may be placed inside other items (larger arbors, bridges, etc.)
