Q: How do I view shipping costs?
A: To view shipping costs add an item to your cart, click checkout and then enter your address. You'll then be able to select your choice shipping methods and costs.

Q: How do you ship?
A: We ship via the post office and Fed Ex, M - F

USPS Priority Mail - USPS Priority mail takes 5 - 7 business days depending upon your location. You will be emailed your delivery confirmation but the post office does not provide up to the minute tracking. If you need to track your package up to the minute, please choose Fed Ex.
Fed Ex - We ship daily via a discounted rate Fed Ex. Fed Ex Home Delivery (standard) takes 2 - 7 business days to arrive to your destination. All packages are insured and you will receive a tracking number when your package ships.
Q: How long does it take to ship an order?
A: We do our best to ship your packages as quickly as possible. Please allow 2 - 4 days to complete any handcrafted items. Orders placed before 11:00 am will generally ship out the same day, if not the next day. Orders placed after 11:00 am PST Friday - Sunday will ship out on Monday.

We strive to ship your packages out as quickly as possible. If you need your order by an exact date we suggest you either contact us BEFORE placing an order or add a note during checkout. If we can't meet your deadline we'll contact you to arrange expedited delivery methods.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We do ship worldwide but unfortunately overseas costs are quite costly. Due to the nature of our items, packages are not eligible for 1st class international shipping and must go USPS Priority Mail which costs at least $20.00 USD.

To view your shipping costs, add an item to your shopping cart, click checkout and enter your address. International shipping can take up to 3 weeks. The customer is responsible for any custom duties or taxes. Contact your local post office to find out what these costs may be.
We do NOT inflate shipping costs, you can go to http://www.usps.com to view exact shipping costs.
We regret we can NOT ship fairy houses, hay bales, or anything with moss/twigs to Australia or New Zealand.
A note about our Miniature Fairies:
Please note, our miniature fairies are NOT toys. Any miniatures are small items that can pose potential choking hazards and are unsuitable for small children.
